However, please bare in mind that at peak times (8pm -11pm) and weekends deliveries may take longer. This could be up to 1 hour and 45mins during busy periods. We aim for collection orders to be ready 25 minutes after receiving an order . This allows us to cook everything to order and we only send out our drivers to 1 delivery route at a time ensuring maximum freshness, heat and satisfaction.In the instance that we are out of stock of an item we shall substitute it for an alternative unless otherwise specified by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Due to the current situation, we are experiencing a significant impact on our usual home delivery service. We are continuing to offer a paid online collection & contactless delivery service but there may be some disruptions under current conditions.

Customers must now track their collection using our website and present themselves for collection when the tracker shows that the order is ready. The tracker can be reopened using the confirmation email. Click on the blue order number to open the tracker.

With the current situation home delivery times can be as long as 2.5hours during our peak times between 8pm & 10pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank all of our customers for their patience & support through these difficult times.
